Topkote's Slow Reducer is specifically formulated for optimal performance in warmer conditions, 75°F and up ensuring the paint doesn’t dry too quickly and provide a smooth finish. To achieve a pristine, clean finish in warmer conditions, we recommend pairing our Slow Reducer with the 280 Low VOC Glaze.
