WHAT IS THE TOPKOTE REGLAZING SYSTEM?

The Topkote Reglazing System is just that, a SYSTEM. Our system was developed from the ground up specifically for reglazing. Our easy-to-use system consists of our heavy duty Tub & Tile Cleaner, our proprietary Crosslink III Adhesive, and our high quality UR Glaze urethane finish. All of the components in our system have been designed and tested to work in unison with one another, therefore, giving you the best performance in the industry. You can be sure when you use the Topkote Reglazing System, you can feel comfortable knowing you will not be coming back to repair a failure.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REFINISH A BATHTUB?

Usually, 1½ to 2 hours, depending on the condition.

HOW LONG BEFORE THE BATHTUB CAN BE USED AFTER THE RESTORATION PROCESS?

Most bathtubs can be used in 24 hours. We do offer a four-hour cure accelerator for faster turnaround.

WHAT COLORS ARE AVAILABLE TO ORDER?

Our UR Glaze is available in Pure White, China White (Kohler White/Toto Cotton), American Standard White (Toto Colonial White), Kohler Bisquit (American Standard Linen/Toto Sedona Beige), American Standard Bone, and Kohler Almond (Toto Bone). We can also custom match colors of your choice from a Bemis or Sherwin Williams color selection guide.

DOES THE TOPKOTE REGLAZING SYSTEM WORK ON FIBERGLASS, ACRYLICS AND CULTURED MARBLE?

Absolutely! This is one of the areas our SYSTEM differs from others. Unlike others, our proprietary Crosslink III Adhesive was designed to work on all surfaces including fiberglass, acrylics and cultured marble. There’s no need to sand the surface, simply clean with the Topkote Tub & Tile Cleaner, wipe on or spray on our proprietary Crosslink III Adhesive, and glaze using our high quality UR Glaze. That’s it!

DO YOU PROVIDE TRAINING?

We sure do! For those who are already seasoned refinishers looking for a better system, we offer our training DVD free with first time Start-up Kit orders. For those wishing to learn from the ground up, we offer an exclusive two-day hands-on bathtub, tile and countertop refinishing course for only $595. This course includes two night’s accommodations.

DO YOU SELL TO HOMEOWNERS?

Due to the chemical nature and particular handling of many of our products, Topkote does not sell to the general public. Our products are for professional use only.

DO YOU WARRANTY YOUR PRODUCT?

Our products meet our specifications and, when used as directed, will be met with success in the field as proved by many years of use. If there is a manufacturer defect in materials, we will gladly replace it. Buyer assumes all risk as to the use of the products and the buyers’ exclusive remedy to any claim is limited to replacement of the product.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER ONLINE TO ORDER FROM TOPKOTE?

Yes, we need certain information in order to fulfill your order. We keep all your information private. We do not sell or rent your information to any organization.

HOW DO I CANCEL ALL OR PART OF AN ORDER?

If your order has been placed, but not shipped, we should be able to help. Call us at 1-888-867-5683, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. If you have not yet placed the order, you may delete one or more items from the View Shopping Cart screen.

CAN I ADD PRODUCTS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

If your order has already shipped, we cannot add anything to it. If your order has been submitted, but not shipped, we will do everything we can to add additional items to your original order.
